The PMO Quick Start is a 30-day engagement for a PMO Director who needs diagnosis AND two installed wins in the same window. The Fixed Fee price depends on size and complexity of operations.

No. The Assessment is standalone. Partners may use it as a defensible diagnostic regardless of what they do next. Most will continue into EDGE Install; the rest take the roadmap and execute internally or sit on it for a quarter. Either is a valid outcome.

Fixed fee, quoted at Week 4 of the Assessment after we know what's actually in scope. We will never quote you an Install price before the Assessment is complete — we don't have the information to do it honestly. Value-add triggers may be added to reduce upfront cost.

Best fit: ERP partner who has noticed margins compressing or utilization slipping and/or would like to prepare for AI. If you're a small shop or a start-up and you have zero standardization yet, advisory hourly may be the better starting point.
