  • The Assessment is a 4-week diagnostic for partner leadership deciding whether to invest in a buildout and it involves all 5 dimensions of AI readiness. The PMO Quick Start is a 30-day engagement for a PMO Director who needs diagnosis AND two installed wins in the same window. The Fixed Fee price depends on size and complexity of operations.

  • No. The Assessment is standalone. Partners may use it as a defensible diagnostic regardless of what they do next. Most will continue into EDGE Install; the rest take the roadmap and execute internally or sit on it for a quarter. Either is a valid outcome.

  • Fixed fee, quoted at Week 4 of the Assessment after we know what's actually in scope. We will never quote you an Install price before the Assessment is complete — we don't have the information to do it honestly. Value-add triggers may be added to reduce upfront cost.

  • Best fit: Microsoft Business Central partner who has noticed margins compressing or utilization slipping and/or would like to prepare for AI. If you're a small shop or a start-up and you have zero standardization yet, advisory hourly may be the better starting point.

  • Both. The wedge is Delivery (margin lives there) but the most common Quick Start outcome is a Sales → Delivery readiness gate that catches the deals that look great in pipeline and become losses in implementation.

  • 2 to 4 days per week embedded with your PMO or Delivery lead. Before we engage, we discuss your plan and determine roles. Either way we provide a weekly leadership recap to track progress. Your team shadows and takes over rituals one at a time. PM and SA/Consultant training also available.

  • Yes. Advisory hours convert at 100% to an Assessment if you book the Assessment within 60 days. We don't double-charge for the discovery work you already paid for.
