One path. Start light, go deeper only when it's worth it.
No menu of packages to decode. There's a single way in — a free assessment — and each step earns the next. You never commit to more than the step you're on.
Three steps. Each one stands on its own.
Start at Step 1 and stop wherever it makes sense. There's no obligation to reach Step 3 — and no pressure to.
Start with the Assessment.
See exactly where your delivery operation stands. Five dimensions, about six minutes, and you get a PDF with your maturity scores and an estimate of the margin at stake each year. Take it on your own time — nothing to schedule.
Take the Assessment →Talk it through.
If your results raise questions, we get on a call and walk through them together. At minimum, you get a full hour with a seasoned delivery-operations advisor — someone who's led 30+ Business Central implementations — focused entirely on your numbers. We'll pull up the Margin-at-Stake Calculator live and put your real rate and headcount into it. You'll leave knowing your two or three highest-leverage fixes, whether or not you ever hire us.
Book a call →Install the system.
When you're ready to fix it — not just diagnose it — we build your delivery operating system alongside your team: Establish, Discipline, Govern, Elevate. We install it, your team takes it over, and we step back. It's designed to make us unnecessary.
Fixed fee, priced after our first call based on the complexity and size of your operation. No long-term retainer.
Talk through an EDGE Install →Need something narrower? For a single, focused operational problem, we also work on a scoped advisory basis — no full engagement required. Just ask on the call.
Four things that are true of every engagement.
We work alongside you. Not over you.
We bring the framework. You keep the relationship with your customers and your team. Our success metric is the day we leave, not the day we arrive.
Microsoft-native. We walk the walk.
We work inside your own Microsoft ecosystem and tenant, building a governed data foundation and framework that you own outright — not a dependency on us. If we don't run on it ourselves, we don't recommend it to you.
Vendor-neutral on tooling.
We don't sell software. We govern and optimize whatever you already run. The gap is almost never the tool — it's the discipline to use it well.
Results. Measurable. Lasting.
Every engagement has a defined endpoint and a measurable success criterion. If we can't tell you what the win looks like before we start, we don't take the work.
Straight answers.
Do I have to commit to anything after the Assessment?
No. The Assessment is free and standalone. Use it as a defensible read on where you stand, and take the roadmap from there — continuing with ModernOps is one option, not the price of taking it.
How is pricing structured?
The Assessment is free. An EDGE Install is a fixed fee, quoted after our first call once we understand what's actually in scope. We won't put a number on an Install before then — we wouldn't have the information to do it honestly.
Is this right for my practice?
Any Microsoft partner noticing margins compressing, utilization slipping, or delivery that can't scale with the pipeline. It's built for practices preparing for an acquisition, merger, or a high-valuation sale — where clean, defensible delivery operations move the number directly — and for newer practices that want to stand up a scalable operation from the start, without accruing the technical and process debt they'd later have to unwind.
Do you work with my Sales team or only Delivery?
Both. The wedge is Delivery — that's where margin lives — but the highest-leverage fix is often a Sales-to-Delivery readiness gate that catches the deals which look great in pipeline and become losses in implementation.
What does an EDGE Install actually involve?
We work alongside your PMO or delivery lead to install four things — Establish, Discipline, Govern, Elevate — sequenced to your roadmap. Your team shadows, then takes over each piece. Every engagement has a written endpoint from week one.
How do I get started?
Take the Assessment, or book a call and we'll tell you which step fits where you are — including "none of these yet," if that's the honest answer. No commitment until you're sure.
Start with the lighter step.
Take the assessment to see where you stand, or book a call to talk it through. Either way, you'll leave knowing what to do next.
